Overview:
Least M is a combination of anti-allergic drugs Levocetirizine+Montelukast designed to treat sneezing, runny nose, and allergic skin conditions resulting from various allergies and hay fever (seasonal allergy). Allergies are immune system responses to typically harmless foreign elements known as ‘allergens.’ These elements vary from person to person and can include foods, pollen, pet dander, and more. One common symptom of allergies is coughing, a reflex action in the throat triggered by the entry of mucus or foreign irritants into the respiratory system.
Composition:
Least M contain two key components: Levocetirizine and Montelukast. Levocetirizine blocks the effects of histamine, a chemical messenger involved in allergic reactions, providing relief from symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, or stiffness. Montelukast, a leukotriene antagonist, reduces inflammation and swelling in the nose and lungs by blocking another chemical messenger, leukotriene.

This medication is utilized to address a range of allergic conditions, minimizing symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, coughing, watery eyes, and more. Common applications include managing allergies and hay fever.
