DURAPIL is a combination drug comprising TADALAFIL 10mg and DAPOXETINE 30mg, containing potent agents primarily utilized to address erectile dysfunction (impotence) and premature ejaculation in men. Erectile dysfunction refers to the inability to maintain a firm and erect penis suitable for sexual activity, while premature ejaculation is a common sexual complaint characterized by a man ejaculating sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse.
DURAPIL is specifically formulated to address premature ejaculation in men. Tadalafil operates by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme, leading to the breakdown of cGMP.
