Dr.Joshy Abraham
CEO – Operations
Dr Joshy Abraham, Chief Executive Officer of Jovaras Pharma, has rich experience in pharmaceutical industry. He holds PhD in Management Studies, specialized in Purchase Management, a Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) Specialized in HR and Administration, a Master’s in Arts (MA-Sociology) and graduation in Psychology. He is actively into academics and has been offering various training and workshops especially in, but not limited to, Project Management, Purchase Management, Training and Development etc.
He has an impressive track record of more than two and a half decades. With a modest beginning as a medical representative in a reputed company, with his sheer determination and hard work he recorded outstanding career growth. His expertise includes launching new companies and new products. He headed marketing teams successfully in various companies.
Dr Joshy has acquired in-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing with his long-tenured experience. He has contributed considerably towards the progress of companies like Med Manor Organic, Bal Pharma earlier in his career. Owing to his excellent performance in the Cardio-diabetic division, he could make his way to top-level management. His last assignment was with Akesiss Pharma, as General Manager – Sales and Marketing.
Dr Joshy believes in making things happen by fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. He also encourages every employee to work on their core strengths whilst supporting them in areas where improvement is required. Simplicity, innovation and dynamic leadership contributed to his successful career growth in pharmaceutical industry.

Rajesh Azhakath
General Manager – Sales & Marketing
Mr Rajesh Azhakath, completed his bachelor’s in Pharmacy in 2003. He has been working in pharmaceutical industry for 17+ years. He is dynamic, enterprising and hard-working professional who can manage a company utilizing the vast exposure.
Starting as pharmacist, he later moved his career to the pharmaceutical sales industry and joined Shield Pharmaceutical in the year 2005 as Medical Representative. With his successful tenure of 2 years, he was promoted as Area Business Manager where he was assigned to the central Kerala sector. In 2009, he joined Akesiss pharma as Business Manager and was given the novel area of Glyvo(Diabetology & Gynecology) division. He was instrumental in successful launch and fast growth of this division, for which the company recognized by a well-deserved promotion as Area Sales Manager in the year 2011.
His remarkable achievement whilst in Regional Business Manager role from 2019-2023, in elevating sales status of several brands, including the newly launched Glyvo-Life(Cardio-Diabetic) division to a ‘1 Crore brand’ was also well appreciated.
As sales head, he has the knowhow to identify the right skillsets of the staff, assisting them with their competency as required, and thereby handholding them to a successful career path. With his wide range of experience and expertise with sales and marketing, he shall be an asset to the company wherein he can contribute to the overall operational efficiency, with enhanced and robust process implementation.

Mr.Jithin S R
Sales Manager
Mr Jithin, Graduate in Commerce, has an overall 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing sector. He started his career way back in 2010 with Black Bryont Pvt Ltd as an entry level Medical Representative. With his dedication and commitment, he could grow fast in his career and resumed his journey as business manager with Akesiss pharma from 2012 onwards.
As Area sales manager deputed to Tamil Nadu sector, he proved his potential by boosting the sales remarkably. He was promoted and given more responsibilities in 2018. Later in 2021, he joined Cardio-Diabetic division wherein he could establish sales for many brands which are popular now in southern India.
Jithin has an exclusive network in sales and marketing that will help him enhance the sales with ease. He is always hungry to learn, ready to provide guidance to his team as and when required. He is friendly, approachable by colleagues and has a unique ability to gel with all. His business acumen in implementing organizational policies, marketing strategies, imparting scientific knowledge and trainings will be an added advantage. As a true dedicated professional, along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, he shall immensely contribute to the growth of the company.
